A quick blog post from the Etsygeeks team: We are proud to announce that now over 25% of our clients is a recurring client. This means that they renew at least once, or they order additional subscriptions after their initial order.
Why do we care? Because the recurring client is a corner stone of any proper software-as-a-service solution. A recurring client means that he or she was happy with the service provided. Also, it means we don’t have to do marketing and client onboarding, which can add up over time. This way, we can keep our prices low!
